Guard Acaden Lewis, a four-star recruit from Sidewell Friends School in Washington, D.C., is among the Class of 2025’s quickly developing talents.

There have been up to 24 scholarship offers for the 6-foot-2, 170-pound Lewis, one of which came from Louisville on Sunday. This past weekend, the newly hired U of L staff attended the Nike EYBL event in Indianapolis to see Lewis, who excelled during the practice.

After seeing Lewis play against star guard Darius Acuff at the EYBL session, director of scouting for 247Sports Adam Finkelstein said, “The take-away from this game was that Lewis is one of the best lead guards in the 2025 class.”

Lewis is presently listed as the No. 12 combo guard and the 81st best player in the class of 2025 by 247Sports, with a 4-star, 90 rating.

Maryland, Villanova, Georgetown, Syracuse, Georgia Tech, Oregon, Virginia, St. John’s, Michigan, and West Virginia are a few more teams that have extended offers to Lewis.
