Aaron Rodgers Is Expected To Entice Green Bay Packers Legend Despite Lack of Playoffs (Report)

Although Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers are no longer on the same team, their bond remains as strong as ever. After failing to make the playoffs in 2023, the Jets are expected to retool during the 2024 offseason in order to have a competitive team.

According to reports, the retooling may entail wooing a Packers icon to the New York Jets.

Former Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers could be enticed to join the New York Jets.

ESPN’s Rich Cimini identified several players to keep an eye on as potential NEW Aaron Rodgers recruits for the Jets in 2024:

Aaron Rodgers writes off this season as 'lost year,' but quarterback says he feels 'I can play more years' in NFL | CNN

Davante Adams and the Green Bay Packers split up two years ago. Adams stated he was ready to go on to another team, therefore the decision (for the most part) lay with him. The decision was made in part because Adams was unsure how long Aaron Rodgers would be playing football in Green Bay.

However, the quarterback Adams hoped to play alongside in Las Vegas, Derek Carr, has since been released and is now in New Orleans. Adams may demand another trade due to the Raiders’ inability to field a competitive team. Could his former QB entice him to go to New York?
