During his Astros career, he had a 2.53 ERA in 464 games and 694 strikeouts in 504.1 innings.
Wagner formerly played for the Phillies, Mets, Red Sox, and Braves. Furthermore, his career figures in opponent average (.186), strikeouts per 9.0 innings pitched (12.38), and WHIP (1.04) are all the highest in franchise history. In 2020, Wagner was elected to the Astros Hall of Fame.
