The Kansas City Chiefs, defending back-to-back Super Bowl champions, face the upstart Houston Texans in the first of this weekend’s postseason games. Unfortunately, as is often the case when Kansas City plays, the Chiefs have benefited from some highly questionable rulings (or non-called) by the referees.

Throughout the game, the referees made numerous calls (or non-calls) that favored Kansas City, which is attempting to become the first team in NFL history to win three consecutive Super Bowls and the second team to win three league championships in a row (the Packers have done so twice).

With less than a minute remaining in the fourth quarter, the Chiefs appear to be on their way to a 23-12 victory. They will proceed to the AFC Championship to meet the winner of the Baltimore Ravens-Buffalo Bills game. One has to question if the game will be called more equitably.
