The Green Bay Packers may aim to bolster its wide receiver group in the 2025 offseason, especially since Christian Watson is out indefinitely with a broken ACL, and one analyst feels they are the ideal landing site for Miami Dolphins wantaway star Tyreek Hill. Tyreek Hill prompted trade rumors after expressing his displeasure with the Miami Dolphins. He even cropped himself into an old photo of Antonio Brown leaving the field shirtless in his final NFL game with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for his X (previously known as Twitter) profile image.
“Acquiring Hill would fill that need for the Packers and allow their other top players to slide into roles better suited to their skill sets,” Camenker said in the article he penned. “It would also keep Green Bay from relying too much on [former second-round pick and wide receiver Christian] Watson, who has been a unique downfield threat because of his 6-4 frame and 4.36-second 40 time but has struggled with injuries during his career,” the coach said.
Should the Green Bay Packers target Tyreek Hill? According to Over the Cap, the Green Bay Packers will have approximately $62 million in cap space this offseason, allowing them to accept Tyreek Hill’s massive contract (particularly if they let go of some guys). The greater question is how much the Green Bay Packers are willing to exchange with the Miami Dolphins. Hill, who will turn 31 in March, is nearing the conclusion of his NFL career. Tyreek Hill led the Miami Dolphins with 81 receptions for 959 yards and six scores in 17 games this season.
