The NFL has rescheduled the contest between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Green Bay Packers in 2024. Brazil game.

On May 15, hours before the NFL unveiled its 2024 schedule, the league announced that the game will start off at 8:15 p.m. ET and will be streamed exclusively on Peacock.

The Green Bay Packers will face the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFL’s first regular season game in Brazil as part of the 2024 International Games, the league said. The Packers will face the Eagles, the 2024 São Paulo designated team, on Friday, September 6, 2024. This will be the NFL’s first game on Friday night of opening weekend in more than 50 years. The game will take place in São Paulo at the Corinthians Arena, home of the Brazilian soccer team, SC Corinthians. It will be the first regular-season game for each franchise in 2024.

“The matchup between the Green Bay Packers and Philadelphia Eagles is an extremely exciting moment for the city of São Paulo,” remarked Mayor Ricardo Nunes. “These two franchises will certainly play a historic game, bringing great global visibility to our city and assisting our efforts to generate jobs and economic impact.” Peacock (NBCUniversal) will exclusively stream the Week 1 game in São Paulo, Brazil, on Friday. The game will also be aired on free, over-the-air television in the participating teams’ home markets, as well as on mobile devices via NFL+.

The 2024 NFL International Games will feature five regular season games, including one in São Paulo, Brazil. Teams for the European slate have already been announced. Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, the only purpose-built NFL stadium outside of the United States, will host games involving the Chicago Bears and Minnesota Vikings, while the Jacksonville Jaguars will return to Wembley Stadium as part of a multi-year commitment to play in the United Kingdom. Munich, Germany will host another regular season game, this time against the Carolina Panthers at Allianz Arena, the home of FC Bayern Munich.

With the game in South America, the NFL will have played games (preseason or regular season) on five of the world’s seven continents. The 2024 schedule will include additional opponents and kickoff times for all games, which will be released this spring.
