Bronny James has faced a lot of criticism for a long time, especially considering he is an amateur player who has never played in the NBA. But with his latest Draft Combine performance, he’s acquired new supporters, including Milwaukee Bucks guard Damian Lillard.

Bronny, like the Bucks’ All-Star guard, stands at 6’1″, while Lillard is 6’2″. Unlike the previous Portland Trail Blazers great, the younger James is adept at defense while continuing to improve his offensive game, notably his outside shot.

But, before he arrived at this stage, LeBron James revealed that his final season will be spent with Bronny on the same squad. The Los Angeles Lakers star’s proclamation has put his son under great public scrutiny to see if he has what it takes to make the transition from amateur baller to professional.

Bronny’s lone collegiate season at USC appeared to be damaging to him, as he generated stats that were considerably below expectations. It didn’t help that the young star had a heart arrest, causing him to lose some time while recovering. Fortunately, it appeared that he regained his groove just in time for the draft combine.
