One of Hill’s neighbors in the gated Southwest Ranches enclave in South Florida? Rapper Rick Ross videotaped himself near Hill’s house as the fire burned and firefighters rushed to the scene. Ross told the camera that he believed the fire was caused by an electrical fault because the smoke was becoming “thicker and thicker” despite the presence of fire vehicles.
