Jaylen Brown came through when the Celtics needed him most in Game 4. The All-Star sank a big 3-pointer with 1:09 left in regulation to help the visitors take an eight-point lead, which Boston rode to a 109-102 win in Game 4.
Brown was especially enraged after the pivotal play following a Cavs timeout, yelling at one official before being escorted away to the bench by Joe Mazzulla. Brown detailed what triggered his rage after the win.
“Tyler (Ford), the official who was running down the sideline, I don’t think he was paying attention but he was like in the play,” Brown stated. “As I was raising up, I collided into him first, so I had to push him out of the way to collect the ball and knock down the shot. He was like an extra defender right there since he was in the way, which is why I was ordering him to move his ass.”
