The NRL contract season continues, with over 100 players still ready to negotiate and sign with rival clubs since November of last year.

Joey Manu has finally decided on his next move, while Zac Lomax has signed with the Eels after leaving the Dragons.

Meanwhile, the Panthers have lost two crucial players in James Fisher-Harris and Sunia Turuva.

The Sporting News has all of the newest official signings for 2024 and 2025 listed below.

The Tigers have signed Penrith winger Turuvua on a three-year contract to strengthen their offensive ranks for 2025.

Turuva is the NRL’s leading tryscorer this season (as of April 26), after emerging as a rookie in 2023.

At Leichhardt, he will join former Panthers hooker Api Koroisau, current Penrith half Jarome Luai, and fellow Fijian Jahream Bula.

“Sunia is a great signing for us as a club moving forward,” Tigers coach Benji Marshall said.

“He is a premiership winner and a true footy player with exceptional versatility.

“He is electrifying and exudes energy on the field every time he plays. Most importantly, he is a wonderful person with excellent principles.”

Max Plath has signed a new contract with the Dolphins that will keep him until the end of the 2027 season.

“Max is the perfect example of the saying that hard work is just as or even more important than talent,” said the club’s CEO, Terry Reader.

“There is no doubt that he is a brilliant footballer, but the hard work he put in last year and over the recent pre-season has really prepared him for success.

“He only made his debut midway through last year, but he has already managed to turn himself into an important part of the Dolphins squad.”
