BREAKING NEWS: Jason Kelce refuses to collect his retirement later…

Jason Kelce, the Philadelphia Eagles’ center, has hinted at his future plans after perhaps retiring from the NFL.

Despite rumors that his career was over after the Eagles’ season was cut short by a Wild Card round loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, he has not fully ruled out a return and has expressed a desire to stay in the game.

“I don’t know what my future holds, whether it’s football or not,” Kelce told reporters.

The 36-year-old, who has been with the Eagles since being drafted in 2011, is weighing his choices, which include returning for another season, transitioning to coaching, or working in television. He debuted as an analyst for Amazon Prime earlier this season.

“I have no idea.” We will work it out. I don’t want to discuss any of this right now. I do not enjoy living in absolutes in general.

‘Reports following the Eagles loss suggested he had already told teammates he was retiring, but after first downplaying the conversation during an interview with his brother Travis on the ‘New Heights’ podcast, it’s evident he has a decision to make.

‘It is difficult to make those moves frequently during the season. It is possible; nevertheless, we did not succeed. I’m convinced that changes can be done.

“I will always want to be active in the game. I imagine it’s difficult to entirely let go of.

I still want to learn a lot more about football. I still want to know what we can do to figure out what transpired over the last six, seven weeks. I’m well-versed in my own area of football, but I’d like to learn more about the overall picture. That’s something I’d like to learn more about in the future.
