Arizona Cardinals have strengthened their roster by making harsh and important choices….

Cardinals Head Coach “We’re looking to add good football players everywhere,” said Jonathan Gannon.

The Arizona Cardinals are still considering their options for strengthening their roster throughout the offseason.

Arizona intends to make moves before the 2024 NFL season, even if they haven’t yet taken a move that will change the franchise.

Head coach Jonathan Gannon was questioned about what Arizona lacked in the previous campaign and the offensive spots that need to be filled while having a conversation with Cardinals team reporter Dani Sureck.

In response, Gannon revealed that he is aiming for improvement across several domains, not just one.

Gannon stated, “We’re looking to add good football players everywhere.” Naturally, the offensive line is the one I look to first in my thoughts. There are five players on that, and they have a demanding role in the running pass game. Then, with how many playmakers can we encircle Kyler Murray? That hence exists in a variety of sizes, shapes, forms, and placements. So long as we add quality football players, we should succeed.

Arizona has signed LB Jesse Luketa and OL Carter O’Donnell to new contracts for a further year thus far this offseason. Twelve other players signed “futures” contracts as well.

“Futures” Contract Signings.

OL Austen Pleasants, CB Verone McKinley III, WR Andre Baccellia, OL Jackson Barton, WR Kaden Davis, OL Marquis Hayes, RB Tony Jones Jr., TE Bernhard Seikovits, WR Jeff Smith, WR Dan Chisena, WR Michael Ojemudia, CB Darren Hall, WR Daniel Arias, OL Quavian White

Who the Cardinals will choose in the 2024 NFL Draft is still a mystery. Although Arizona will weigh their alternatives, there are multiple signs that they won’t be selecting a new quarterback and will instead continue with Kyler Murray.

The Cardinals will need to choose whether to negotiate new deals with free agents like receivers Marquise Brown and Greg Dortch or let them depart.

Following a 4–13 campaign, Arizona is likely to make some significant roster adjustments in the near future, particularly in the offensive line.
