Miami Dolphins defensive line coach Austin Clark is working the Senior Bowl.

Austin Clark became a member of the Dolphins’ coaching staff in 2020.

The Miami Dolphins are in the process of selecting their next defensive coordinator. Meanwhile, the team’s position coaches are working overtime.

Austin Clark, who is in charge of coaching the defensive line, is in Mobile, Alabama, working with aspiring professional athletes at the Senior Bowl. The Senior Bowl, scheduled for February 3 at 1 p.m., will include elite prospects who have completed their collegiate eligibility.

Clark works several defensive linemen and edge defenders through drills.

Clark joined the Dolphins as an outside linebackers coach under head coach Brian Flores in 2021 and was elevated to defensive line coach the following season. However, Clark was not on the Dolphins’ coaching staff when the National Team won the Senior Bowl 27-24 in 2021.

Two months later, Miami used its two first-round picks on Jaylen Waddle and Jaelan Phillips. Liam Eichenberg was the only player selected who was also coached by Miami’s staff for the 2021 Senior Bowl.
