LaFleur has stated a desire to have quarterbacks coach Tom Clements return to his squad in 2024. Clements has been with the Packers for several years, working as the quarterbacks coach from 2006 to 2011, the offensive coordinator from 2012 to 2014, and the assistant head coach from 2015 to 2016. Clements returned to the team in 2022 as the quarterback coach.
Clements is a well-liked coach who has done an outstanding job with Jordan Love this season. He had worked with Brett Favre during his career and helped grow Aaron Rodgers into the Hall of Fame player he is now. Fans of the Green Bay Packers are hoping that Clements would stay for another season to help Love become a great quarterback.
