The Green Bay Packers’ head coach, Matt LaFleur, has taken his fair share of flak this season. Green Bay is 6-8 on the season and on the outside looking in when it comes to the playoffs. The Packers are in danger of missing the playoffs for the second year in a row.

One of the reasons the Packers may miss the playoffs for the second straight season is defensive coordinator Joe Barry. LaFleur has decided not to terminate Barry and will retain him for the remainder of the season. Many people believe that this will be Matt LaFleur’s undoing.

When the fanbase learned of this, they were outraged. This season, LaFleur has done a good job of developing quarterback Jordan Love, but there is a concern on the defensive side of the ball. It’s possible that the Packers may not remove LaFleur after this season, but if things don’t go well again next year, there will be a debate.
