As the pressure mounts on Philadelphia, Jason Kelce promises to help the Eagles ‘block out the outside things’ for the final three regular-season games.

After three straight losses and three games remaining in the regular season, Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce wants his teammates to focus on themselves.

‘Your job as a veteran is to keep pushing and working and keeping men focused on preparing and getting better and blocking out a lot of the outside things,’ Kelce said after the Seahawks’ loss on Monday night.

‘I think we had our chances there,’ Kelce added. ‘This one’s tough, a very tough game to lose, a lot of consequences involved in it. To say the least, it was a frustrating day. You can just move on and play the next one.’

Kelce also agreed that he needs to be smarter about his second-quarter false-start penalty.

The Eagles’ shock loss to the Seahawks was their third in a row after winning 10 of their first 11 games.

The Eagles led the Seahawks for most of the game before giving up a last-second touchdown to backup quarterback Drew Lock and Jaxon Smith-Njigba, who caught the game-winning touchdown with 28 seconds left.

After losses to the San Francisco 49ers, Dallas Cowboys, and Seattle, Philadelphia’s schedule slows down.

The Eagles will play two games against the 5-9 New York Giants, followed by a game against the three-win Arizona Cardinals.

Philadelphia has clinched a postseason spot, but they remain one game behind the 49ers for the top seed in the NFC.

The Eagles also lack the tiebreaker over the Cowboys, who top the NFC East, which means that most postseason games could be played on the road.
