The Green Bay Packers’ chances of winning the Super Bowl champion over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are evidenat.

Both the Tampa Bay Bucs and the Green Bay Packers are 6-7 on the year and are vying for a spot in the playoffs. Despite their devastating Monday night loss to the New York Giants, the Packers are still in the running for the NFC’s final playoff spot.

The Buccaneers and the Atlanta Falcons and New Orleans Saints are currently tied for first place in the NFC South. The Buccaneers may be missing one of their own Super Bowl Champions when they visit Lambeau Field as both teams get ready for their postseason run.

When the Tampa Bay Buccaneers play the Green Bay Packers, wide receiver Chris Godwin is probably going to be out.

The following is what Wisconsin Sports Heroics’ Glenn Kaplan said about Godwin’s situation:

Prior to Sunday’s game against the Green Bay Packers, wide receiver Chris Godwin of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers was listed as injured on Wednesday. Due to a knee ailment, he was unable to practice that day and on Thursday as well. Godwin is expected to miss Sunday’s crucial game at Green Bay.

Odwin is one of Baker Mayfield’s main targets at quarterback.Due to his injury, Trey Palmer, a rookie wide receiver, should be Mike Evans’ backup this coming weekend. Godwin is Baker Mayfield’s pillar. He stated this to make that clear:

According to Heavy.com, Mayfield informed reporters, “As always, we have stuff involved for Chris in the game plan.” “As I mentioned before, they were mostly focused on Mike [Evans] early in the game, so we were able to get Chris open and create some opportunities with man-coverage. Profit from that. Our two greatest receivers, Chris and Mike, are the ones you want to get the ball to whenever you can.

It would be devastating for the Buccaneers to lose one of their best weapons in a crucial Week 15 game.
