The Packers are now matched with five other NFC teams with 6-7 records, despite still having the No. 7 seed in the playoffs. They have to win all of their remaining games or they risk being eliminated from the playoffs.

According to Love, “we’re a team that’s been in this situation,” the Packers website reported. “We’ve suffered some close losses but have recovered from them. Next week, we’ll be able to get better.
The Packers had a 2-1 start to the season before finishing at 3-6. After that, the club won three games in a row to climb back to.500 and to be seriously considered for the playoffs.
The Packers were thought to have had a better chance of winning their Monday night football matchup against the Giants. Nothing in the NFL is guaranteed, as we have all seen. Whether Jordan Love and this Packers squad can recover against a team that is also attempting to salvage their season will be interesting to see.
