After 18 years together, the Green Bay Packers and Aaron Rodgers parted ways this past offseason. It goes without saying that Rodgers was one of the most influential players in team history. Having said that, both parties thought it was time to move on.
While Rodgers is now in New York, the two sides remain in contact. That was evident today, when Rodgers disclosed that he had gotten a new tattoo.
Fans of the Green Bay Packers react to Aaron Rodgers’ new tattoo, which he revealed on The Pat McAfee Show.
Robin Adams of Wisconsin Sports Heroics expounded on the meaning of his new tattoo:
“I love dragons,” Rodgers said to McAfee. Obviously, the sideways eight represents infinity. The two and twelve are a tribute to my Godson.”
McAfee questioned Rodgers if the tattoo of his Jets number signified he intended to stay with the team indefinitely.
“No, that is not what it means,” Rodgers clarified. Despite his rocky split from the Packers earlier this year, he has stated on numerous occasions that he hopes to return in retirement.

Rodgers has made it clear that he has interests in areas that many people are unfamiliar with. This may be another example, but Rodgers clearly enjoys it, and that is all that matters.
