Jordan Love-Aaron Rodgers is insane. The Green Bay Packers Coincidence Is Simply Incredible

Jordan Love failed to lead the Green Bay Packers to victory in his 13th game as a full-time starter, falling to the New York Giants on a game-winning field goal as time expired. If that scenario sounds familiar, it’s because Aaron Rodgers experienced the same thing.

Elisha Twerski of USA Today shared the interesting tidbit, noting that Rodgers and the Packers also lost on a walkoff field goal in Rodgers’ 13th game as a full-time starter. In that game, Green Bay faced the Houston Texans.

“In Aaron Rodgers’ 13th game as a starter, the Packers lost on a game-winning field goal as time expired,” Twershki wrote on X, which was formerly Twitter. “In Jordan Love’s 13th start, the Packers were defeated by a game-winning field goal as time expired.” “Everything comes full circle.”

Love and the Packers struggled to counter Tommy DeVito’s efficient play against the Giants. It didn’t help that Love had trouble connecting with his teammates, finishing with 25-of-39 pass completions for 218 yards and one touchdown against one interception.

As time expired, Randy Bullock completed the game with a 37-yard field goal.

Meanwhile, Rodgers and the Packers were defeated 24-21 by the Texans in 2008. With the game tied at 21, Houston got within field goal range and Kris Brown hit the game-winning 40-yard field goal.

If Jordan Love and the Green Bay Packers have one thing going for them, it’s that they’re already 6-7 on the season and have a chance to win more. Aaron Rodgers and the team finished with a 6-10 record in 2008.

Love, Jordan Maintaining Hope for the Green Bay Packers

Jordan Love is not concerned about the loss to the New York Giants. They are still in contention for a playoff spot, and the young quarterback is confident the Green Bay Packers can recover.

Love stated this to reporters after the game, expressing his confidence in the team and what they are capable of.

“Obviously we’re a team that’s been in this situation,” he said. “We’ve lost some tough games but have been able to recover.” We’ll be able to recover next week.”

For what it’s worth, Aaron Rodgers and the Packers were defeated by the Jacksonville Jaguars in his 14th start. Hopefully, Love and Co. will not repeat that.
