Matt LaFleur of the Green Bay Packers appears to be indicating that Taylor Swift will be in Lambeau Field on Sunday night.
On Sunday night, the Green Bay Packers will face the Kansas City Chiefs, and one question has been on everyone’s mind. Is Taylor Swift going to be at Lambeau Field this weekend? The pop star has attended numerous NFL games since beginning a relationship with Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. Swift appeared to be in attendance for the game, according to head coach Matt LaFleur.
Is Taylor Swift Going To The Green Bay Packers Game?
“Does she have a reason to be here?” That’s what I’ve heard,” LaFleur said today to reporters. After that, he said, “We’re definitely more focused on the game, but I’m sure there will be some fired-up people in the stands if she shows up.” Is there something LaFleur knows that we don’t? Unlikely. LaFleur enjoys having fun with things like this, and that appears to be what he is doing here. It would, however, be fantastic to have her at Lambeau. Green Bay already has a star in the form of Jonathan Owens’ wife, gymnastics superstar Simone Biles, who has attended a couple of games.
Be wary if she does appear.
When Swift is present, the Chiefs are 4-0. Kelce also appears to up his game when she is present. According to NFL.com’s Kevin Patra, Kelce has averaged 108.0 receiving yards per game. Ultimately, whether she shows up or not will have little impact on the game’s outcome. LaFleur and his team are focused on extending their winning streak and making a genuine playoff push. A victory over the defending champions would be a huge boost for this young team’s confidence.
Will Taylor Swift appear at Lambeau Field on Sunday night? LaFleur appears to believe so, which would put the Green Bay Packers in front of a lot of eyes on Sunday.
