After a sluggish start to the season, the Packers’ Jordan Love has opened up about their unexpected turnaround.
The Green Bay Packers’ 2023 season hasn’t been great, but after winning three of their last four games, it’s beginning to look like they could go on a late-season run. Of course, quarterback Jordan Love has been a major catalyst for the team’s recent turnaround, and he recently took a moment to reflect on his own as well as the team’s.
Love’s first season as a starter has been rocky at times, but he has still put up some pretty solid numbers (225/372, 2599 YDS, 19 TD, 10 INT). Everyone expected Love and the Packers offense to take their time figuring things out, and after big wins over the Detroit Lions and Los Angeles Chargers, Love believes that is exactly what is happening.

Jordan Love is establishing himself as the Packers’ future quarterback.
Given the Packers’ struggles this season, some fans questioned whether Love was truly their quarterback of the future. Green Bay’s offense has struggled with injuries all season, which has certainly contributed to their problems, but now that they are getting healthy, it appears that they are finding their rhythm.
With a 5-6 record, the Packers shouldn’t be expecting a postseason run, but it’s encouraging to see that Love and company are starting to put things together after a difficult start to the season. A Week 13 matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs will be another difficult test for Love and company, but if they can pull off another upset, they may have a chance to make the playoffs.
