Four reasons why Jarrod Bowen has played his way back onto Gareth Southgate's England radar

“Jarrod had the injury with England,” said Moyes.

“I hope Jarrod isn’t too bad.

“But he just wasn’t ready to play and we couldn’t get him ready for the game.”

Bowen is said to have fluid on his knee, which can keep him out for a week to three weeks.

West Ham fans and manager David Moyes will be hoping that a week of rest and rehabilitation will suffice.

Because he is far too important a player to take any chances of making the condition worse.
