Harrison joined Everton on loan from Leeds last summer after the Whites were relegated from England’s top flight.
Unlike some other players who have left Leeds, there is no animosity between the club and the winger as a result of his departure.
The loan agreement does not include a buy option for the winger, and the player could return to Leeds next summer if the club is promoted back to the Premier League.
However, if the Whites are not promoted, a clause in his contract allows him to leave again the following season.
If Leeds do not achieve promotion, he will be allowed to seek another loan move away from the club under the terms of his contract.
The winger has settled in well on Merseyside following his loan move and is enjoying his time with Everton.
In six Premier League appearances for the Goodison Park club, he has one goal and three assists.
