Several Premier League and La Liga clubs are keeping an eye on the 20-year-old

Valencia sporting director has already warned bidders that the club is hesitant to trade.

Arsenal, Newcastle United, Tottenham Hotspur, and West Ham United are among the clubs who have kept an eye on Valencia midfielder Javi Guerra in recent weeks, according to reports.

So far, the 20-year-old has had a successful debut season with his hometown club, scoring three goals and assisting once in nine La Liga games.

He was a bit-part player for Valencia last season, but he appeared in their final 10 games and helped them avoid relegation to the Segunda Division.

Guerra’s outstanding efforts this season have not gone unnoticed, and he has already been widely linked with a move away from the Mestalla.

90min understands that Arsenal, Newcastle, Tottenham Hotspur, and West Ham have all scouted Guerra in recent weeks.

Notably, all four clubs were present for Spain Under-21s’ 1-0 triumph over Scotland in Jaen in September, with Guerra playing 45 minutes.

they were not there at the Spain U21 encounter, and Barcelona have also shown interest in the midfielder in the past.

Valencia sporting director Miguel Angel Corona was categorical in an interview with the Daily Mail earlier this

month that Guerra would not be moved.

“We are fully aware that we have a player with enormous potential for the future and the ability to perform at a good level now,” he told reporters.

“That is why the club has promoted him to the first team decisively in recent months.” We have no intention of selling him to any club.”

Guerra’s contract at Valencia expires in 2027 and has an £86 million (€100 million) release clause.
